BCN Aurora

The main focus of this residential development in the Ravel district of Barcelona's old town is to provide opportunities for improved connectivity and urban life quality. Thus, the thirty-two units, split into two volumes (a street building and a courtyard tower), are interlaced with external balconies for circulation and are complimented by large communal spaces for eating, playing and co-working. These zones blur the boundary between inside and outside and culminate in a roof top swimming pool.
