Bento Box 1

The Bento Box concept has its genesis in the traditional Japanese dining phenomenon, where a meal can be elaborately arranged within the compartments of a portable lunch box. The word itself derives from the slang term which translates as "convenient". And so, the conversion of an existing apartment building into 45 residences saw each mid-stay unit furnished with an integrated Bento Box module providing bathroom and kitchen facilities, high connectivity, technical hardware, storage and furniture; the design concept focussing on convenience and efficiency.
