Britzer Damm

A new development is being considered for the site of the former RIAS, which will combine green concepts within a dense urban environment. The aim is to create a neighborhood that is as car-free as possible and ensures pioneering urban development in terms of sustainability. In the north and west, a shielding commercial architecture forms effective protection against noise and odor to the BSR. This is complemented by a dissolved block development that continues to break up into smaller and smaller units in the direction of the existing green space.
