The project concerns the expansion of the industrial complex for the production of several lines of CMA’s professional coffee machines in Susegana. The program includes the construction of a new 4,000 sq. m. vertical warehouse, a 2,000 sq. m. galvanic processing plant, and the production of the hydraulics for the in-plant asseblated machines for additional 2,000 sq. m. The new buildings are interlocked with the existing complex through the transformation of the office building and the creation of a large connecting green courtyard onto which all existing and new functions face. The new functions also include the creation of a showroom area and the expansion of the recreation and canteen areas, as well as new office spaces.
